In this world, it's so easy to dilute. In a world of side projects and side hustles, dilution has become a standard.

I've been 'victim' to it. It's easy. Systems and companies are built to dilute your attention.

There are times in life when it's worth diluting a little bit, when you're covering for someone else, when you've got to prioritize a couple of different things. But you can't really do great things that way, it must be a greater concentration. It's got to be the tip of the spear. The focal point, that's where the most energy has to be put.
