It's all about getting started and moving it forward. There's a real challenge in doing so. You've got to put yourself out there, you've got to confront the shortcomings of what you're doing, you've got to hold your nose and you ship something that's not quite there. Not quite right.

You've got to pick your battles, there's so much opportunity out there, you've got to take it step by step, evaluate opportunities but at some point you've got to start. Start with bad work and evolve. Make it better, step by step.
